Dan's family (brothers Richard & Jim, Mom & Dad) made another visit from the frigid winter weather of Wisconsin to make sure everything

One of my dearest friends in life, Jamie, and her husband, Jukka, came all the way from Finland to spend a week with us! Jukka brought his new Gibson guitar and Jamie brought her fabulous voice and personality... we were never short of a good time!

These three delightful women, Clara, Jana & Mara left the winter cold of Cologne, Germany to make a warm, tropical visit to Vieques Island!
Cara is spending a week solo at Casa de Amistad. She traveled all the way from San Francisco to be here!

Margaret, her fiance, and brother Charlie came to Vieques with their Mom, Dad, and Aunt for a long stay on Vieques Island to celebrate Christmas! The kids stayed at Casa de Amistad and the parents stayed at the little house we rent, Casa Santiago. It was Mom's (Elsie) second visit with us!

It's Ryan & JJ from Brooklyn at the Blue Beach Christmas Day Party... It's a tradition every year... Everyone shows up with a dish to pass and your own beverages! A couple hundred people showed this year!
Look! It's Dan and Don making cement tree pots in the outdoor classroom! (Guess who's the student and who's the teacher!) Don was a frequent guest at Casa de Amistad... and now he owns his own home here!
