Rooms and Rates
There are a total of seven individual guestrooms. All have air conditioning and ceiling fans.All of the rooms have new beds and furnishings. All of the bathrooms are new.
Towels for the rooms are included. Towels for the pool and the beach are also available (first one is free, each exchange is a $2 dryer donation.)
A small beverage refrigerator is included in each room.
Common areas around the lobby include, a computer with internet access, a tv room with satellite dish, and a full warming kitchen for preparing light meals and snacks.
Snorkel gear is available for rent ($10/day). Small coolers and beach chairs are also provided for your use.
There is free WIFI access in the cafe.
Rooms One, Four, Five, Six and Seven have a maximum two person occupancy.
Room Two has a suggested two person occupancy. (Two full beds in a small room)
Room Three has a maximum four person occupancy. (Two full beds in a larger room)

Room One, one queen bed, private bath ensuite.
Winter 2011/12 (November 1 - May 31) $100.00+ 9% room tax. 
Summer 2012 (June 1 - October 31) $90+9% room tax.
Room Two, two full (double) beds, private bath ensuite.
Winter 2011/12 (November 1 - May 31) $100.00+ 9% room tax.
Summer 2012 (June 1 - October 31) $90+9% room tax.
Additional $10 per person beyond two persons.
Room Three, a two room suite, two full (double) beds in the bedroom and a separate sitting room, private bath ensuite.
Winter 2011/12 (November 1 - May 31) $110.00+9% room tax.
Summer 2012 (June 1 - October 31) $100+9% room tax.
Additional $10 per person beyond two persons for a maximum four persons.
Room Four, one queen bed, private bath ensuite, private balcony.
Winter 2011/12 (November 1 - May 31) $110.00+ 9% room tax.
Summer 2012 (June 1 - October 31) $90+9% room tax.
Room Five, one queen bed, private but separate (NOT shared) bath, bath is locked and is located three doors down the hall from the bedroom, private balcony.

Summer 2012 (June 1 - October 31) $80+9% room tax.
Room Six, one queen bed, private but separate (NOT shared) bath, bath is locked and is located three doors down the hall from the bedroom.

Room Seven, one queen bed, private bath ensuite, private patio deck. Located on first level with private entrance, handicap accessible room.

A credit card number must accompany any reservation. Master Card, Visa personal checks or cash acceptable for reservation and payment. If you are planning to pay cash, payment must be made prior to the evening of your stay.
Cancellation policies vary based on the individual reservation. Generally, there is no penalty if cancelled more than one month prior to the reservation. If cancelling within the month the penalty fee is 1/2 of the confirmed stay unless we are able to rebook the room.
