General information about our rooms.
Our room prices range from $80 to $110 (+9% room tax) during the Winter months (Nov - April) and $75 to $120 +9% room tax during the Summer months (May - Oct). Actual prices per room are displayed on the On Line Reservation Page.
There are a total of seven individual guestrooms (soon to be nine...rooms 8 and 9 are not yet ready).
Six rooms are located on the second level and one room (soon to be three rooms) is located on the first level.
Five of the rooms have ensuite (attached) baths. Our two economy rooms (rooms 5 and 6) both have individual private baths, however the baths are located down the hall from the rooms... oh don't get all huffy... it's really not that bad, and think of the money you will save! (smile) See floor plan layout below for details.
Three rooms have private balconies.
All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
All rooms come furnished with fresh linens and bath towels.
All queen beds have firm mattresses with memory foam tops and four pillows. mmmmm, comfy
A small beverage refrigerator is included in each room.
Rooms One, Four, Five, Six and Seven have a maximum two person occupancy. (one queen bed)
Room Two has a suggested two person occupancy. (Two full beds in a small room)
Room Three has a maximum four person occupancy. (Two full beds in a larger room)
